BZR started as an online marketplace for direct to consumer brands across the globe. When a brand joined the platform, we would start by building them an online storefront that catered to their own brand identity. From there, they were placed into a BZR brand directory and matched with similar brands based on category. When a customer would buy a product from Brand A, they would then see similar products from Brand B. The goal was ultimately to help brands reduce marketing costs and increase conversion rates.
For this project, I lead product design. This included the UX design for the entire customer journey – from home page to check out – as well as all the brand marketing experiences to keep customers engaged, including interactive quizzes, blog posts, and more. I worked directly with the engineering and strategy teams throughout the process to ensure the best product was delivered.
